IMPORTANT: If you have not yet been set up for a CounselGO account, please contact an admin at your firm or reach out to your client directly for access. For more information, click here.
If you have already set up your CounselGO account:
1. Go to the CounselGO login page.
2. Enter your registered email address and password, and click Log in.
NOTE: CounselGO users are required to sign in using two-factor authentication (2FA). Logging in will send an automated message with a 6-digit verification code to your email address on file. You must have access to this verification email to move forward with login.
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes. If you are not seeing the verification email or need further assistance, review our 2FA FAQs.
4. Select the Verify you are human box if prompted.
5. Select the Remember me for 30 days box (optional) and then click Verify.
If the verification code is incorrect or has already expired, you will see an error message. Click Send a new code to continue.
