If you have not yet been set up for a CounselGO account, please contact an admin at your firm or reach out to your client directly for access.
2. Enter your registered email address and password, and then click Log in.
NOTE: As of March 2022, CounselGO users are required to sign in using two-factor authentication (2FA). Logging in will send an automated message with a 6-digit verification code to your email address on file. You must have access to this verification email to move forward with login.
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code on the next page.
4. Select the Remember me for 30 days box (optional) and then click Verify.
If the verification code is incorrect or has already expired, you will see the following message. Please click Send a new code to continue.
