Supported File Types for Attachments

Below is a list of file types supported if attaching files to invoices or other types of records in CounselGO:

If you receive an "extension is not allowed" error message as shown in the image below, please re-upload a file with the one of the supported extensions and try again.

NOTE: Attachments undergo a virus scan. If a file does not pass the virus scan, the invoice is marked as Invalid and you will be notified via email that the invoice must be resubmitted.

If you or another user added attachments to an invoice before it was submitted, you can now download the individual attachments from the invoice record by clicking on the hyperlinked file names.
