Our newest enhancements make submitting and managing timekeepers a breeze by enabling CounselGO users to choose between 3 different format/upload options: Excel template, CSV template, or web form. 

We get it – entering and uploading data for multiple timekeepers at once has not been the simplest task for anyone. With different pieces of information to gather and enter, there are certain formats that may work better for your team in certain situations. 

In the past, CounselGO only supported timekeeper uploads via CSV-formatted files. This often resulted in disorganization and slowed down the workflow due to various limitations and manual tasks. We want you to feel empowered to work efficiently and refocus the time that is usually spent preparing files for upload to other valuable tasks and needs.

This is why CounselGO has introduced the following timekeeper submission options:

Excel Template Format

1. An Excel template is available for your convenience to ensure timekeeper information is being entered in the correct format. Note: Required fields and other validations are built into the Excel template to standardize data and reduce the time spent manually entering information.
2. After adding information and saving the template, you can easily upload the file into CounselGO.

CSV Template Format

1. A CSV template is available for your convenience to ensure required timekeeper details are uploaded. Note: Minimum required fields and instructions are marked in the CSV template.
2. After adding information and saving the template, you can easily upload the file into CounselGO.

Web Form

1. If uploading only a few timekeepers, simply input the information directly into the web form provided. Required fields are marked with asterisks (*) and standard fields, such as country and currency, include lists of values to simplify data entry and submission.
