Here is the CounselGO update you'll see this week:

1. Timekeeper submission

To upload timekeepers to a client for their approval, timekeepers can now to uploaded using an .xlsx file, a .csv file, or a web form.

• Using the .xlsx file is recommended when having to upload multiple timekeepers at one time. The .xlsx template file will also have instructions on valid values to enter. 
• Using the web form is a quick way to enter timekeeper data individually without having to download a template. 

If requested by the client, for each timekeeper, diversity data can be included when uploading rates using any of the 3 methods.
