If you were recently added to CounselGO to submit invoices for a specific client, check your inbox for an activation email with a link to set up your password. Make sure to also check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox.
IMPORTANT: The activation link expires 5 days from receipt. Skip to the section below if you are having issues activating your CounselGO account.
Click on the link from the activation email, enter/re-enter your password, select the box to agree to our terms of service, and click Sign up.
You will be prompted to log in with your credentials to move forward.
Account Activation Troubleshooting
#1. If you click on the link after 5 days of receipt, you can click Send New Link from the error page to receive a new activation email if it has been fewer than 30 days since it expired.
The new "Welcome to CounselGO" notification will be sent to the email on file. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you do not see it in your primary inbox within a few minutes.
#2. If you click on the link after 5 days of receipt and see the message below, you must contact your SimpleLegal client directly to receive a new link.
The above message means that it has been more than 30 days since the link expired or that your account is no longer active with your SimpleLegal client.
#3. If you already set up your CounselGO password and click on the activation link from the "Welcome to CounselGO" email, you will see the message below.
Once used to set up a password, the activation link becomes invalid. If you do not remember your password, click here for password reset instructions.
