If a CounselGO Admin from your firm recently added you as a user to submit invoices for a specific client, check your inbox for an activation email with a link to set up your password.
The activation link expires 72 hours from receipt. If you receive an error message, please contact your firm's CounselGO admin to get a new activation email or reach out to us at help@counselgo.com for assistance.
