Reset Password

1. Click Forgot Password? from the CounselGO login page. 

2. Enter your CounselGO account email address and then click Reset my password.

3. Click the password reset link from the email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder or other folders if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox within a few minutes. 

4. Enter/re-enter your new password and click Reset my password.
