If you are unable to click on the New Invoice in the top navigation bar for a client, this might mean your firm's vendor record was deactivated in the client's SimpleLegal environment. In this case, you can still log in to see past invoices and matters for the client, but submitting new invoices will remain disabled. Please contact your client directly if your firm should still be able to submit invoices.
