If you are unable to click on the New Invoice in the top navigation bar for a client, there could be one of two reasons: 1) your firm is no longer active in the client's SimpleLegal account, or 2) invoicing in CounselGO has been disabled by the client.
You can still log in to see past invoices and matters for the client, but submitting new invoices will remain disabled. Contact your client directly for help if your firm should still be able to submit invoices.
