Selecting a client from the list in CounselGO redirects you to the invoices dashboard. You can also access this from any page for the selected client by clicking on Invoices from the left-side navigation menu.
The default view shows all invoices submitted by date in ascending order (i.e., most recent first). You can click on the Date, Number, Total, Status, or Status Date columns to re-sort the list.
From the invoices dashboard, you can also do the following:
Narrow the list of submitted invoices by status or keyword by using the quick filters at the top of the dashboard, the tabs in the table, or the search box. Invoice statuses are as follows: All (default), Open, Rejected, and Approved/Paid. |

Click on a row from the table to open an invoice's details page. | |
Switch between Submitted Invoices (default view) and Draft Invoices. A Submitted Invoice is an invoice you have already sent to the client for review and approval. | |
From the Draft Invoices view, you can access the following tabs:
Click on an individual invoice to finish editing and submitting it, or select multiple or all invoices to delete or submit them in bulk. |

Click on the New Invoice button in the top navigation bar from any page to start submitting an invoice (i.e., LEDES format or manual entry). | |
Click Download from the Submitted Invoices tab to export the list of invoices and view general information offline, such as Originator, Invoice Number, and Status. This can be done from the All, Open, Rejected, and/or Approved/Paid tabs. |
