Submitted Invoice Totals vs. Calculated Invoice PDF Totals

Due to rounding differences between CounselGO and some other third-party software, SimpleLegal automatically adds a correction line item to balance the line item total with the invoice total. This applies to any firms who experienced rounding issues where the submitted invoice total and the line item total did not match the calculated amount on the PDF attachment.

The discrepancy occurred because CounselGO rounds amounts to four decimal places (.0000), whereas some vendor software rounds amounts to two decimal places (.00).
