After an invoice has been submitted to a client through CounselGO, it cannot be edited, recalled, or withdrawn by you or your firm.
If you need to update an invoice, you must contact your client directly and request they do one of the following:
- Reject the invoice so that you can submit a new one.
- Make the adjustments on your behalf and approve the adjusted version.
