After an invoice has been submitted through CounselGO, that invoice cannot be edited or withdrawn by you or your firm.
If a submitted invoice needs to be edited, please contact your client directly.
Request that the client do one of the following:
- Have the client reject the invoice.
- Have the client make the adjustments on your behalf.
As for a rejected invoice, your firm can submit a new one.
