Why don't I see the Files tab on matters?

There are one of two reasons:

#1: You have not yet been assigned the Matter File Sharing role by an admin from your firm or by the client directly. For assistance, please contact your CounselGO admin. 

OR

#2: The specific client you are viewing in CounselGO has disabled this feature from SimpleLegal.
