Here are the updates to CounselGO for January 5, 2024.

Submitting Invoices with Attachments

When submitting an invoice with one or more file attachments in CounselGO, clicking the Submit to Client button now redirects the user to the Draft Invoice page. Prior to this fix, the page refreshed but was not redirecting some users. 

Timekeeper Submission Options

We resolved an issue that was preventing some users from seeing all supported timekeeper upload options in CounselGO (i.e., web form, CSV template, and Excel template). 

User Access in Malaysia

We fixed an issue that was blocking users in Malaysia from accessing CounselGO.

Accruals Submission by Vendors

We resolved an issue that was causing some vendors to receive a "bad request" error message when trying to submit the accruals form to clients.
