Updates to Account Activation Process
To better help CounselGO users, we clarified the messaging provided if clicking on an invalid/expired link from the "Welcome to CounselGO" activation email per the following conditions:
If the account has already been activated:
If the account has not been activated but the registration link expired fewer than 30 days ago, users can request another activation link by clicking on Send New Link:
NOTE: Your account with your SimpleLegal client must still be active to request a new link. If inactive, you must contact your SimpleLegal client directly for assistance.
If the account has not been activated but the registration link expired more than 30 days ago:

Account Access for Users in Frankfurt & Singapore
We fixed a Bad Gateway Error Code 502 issue that was preventing account access for some users in Frankfurt and Singapore.
