Firms use sets of Timekeeper Classifications with corresponding abbreviations to identify timekeeper levels or roles, such as Associate (AS), Partner (PT), and Legal Assistant (LA), for invoicing purposes.
CounselGO has a number of default classifications that cannot be edited or removed. You can, however, add custom classifications depending on your invoicing needs and client agreements.
To view the default classifications, click on the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.
NOTE: The default and/or custom classifications managed from this area of CounselGO can be assigned when adding timekeeper information for internal use at your firm. Internal timekeeper information is typically added in cases when clients do not require timekeeper rates to be submitted for approval. For additional information about internal timekeepers, click here. If you are looking for information about submitting timekeeper rates to clients for approval, click here.
