CounselGO User Roles & Permissions

CounselGO includes three user roles: Admin, User, and Accruals. Please see the table below for additional information on permissions. 

Access to CounselGO is granted once a client sets up at least one CounselGO Admin from SimpleLegal for the firm. Up to two admins can be added by a client for your firm. Once granted access, the CounselGO Admin can set up additional non-admin users. 

Role	Description & Permissions
CounselGO Admin	Create one admin and unlimited non-admin users. Resend activation emails to existing CounselGO users at firm. Submit invoices to clients. View past invoices and assigned matters.
CounselGO User	Submit invoices to clients. View past invoices and assigned matters. View other existing users from firm.
Accruals	Receive and address accruals requests from clients.

Clients in SimpleLegal can assign additional labels listed below to vendor contacts in their address book. These labels, however, are for informational purposes only and do not drive permissions.

• Outside Counsel
