Here are the updates to CounselGO for March 31, 2023.
New
Enhanced Invoice Adjustments
We made it easier for users to find information about adjusted invoices in CounselGO to provide better context and reduce the need for back-and-forth clarification with clients.
Invoices Dashboard
There are visual indicators on the invoices dashboard for approved invoices with adjustments to help users quickly identify which invoices may require review or other action.
For invoices with adjusted totals, users can click on the comment icon to see the adjustment reason and any reviewer comments without having to leave the invoices dashboard.
Invoice Details Page
Adjustment amounts are now displayed in the top-right corner of the invoice details page for quick reference. If the total of an invoice was adjusted, the selected adjustment reason and any additional reviewer comments are shown on the right side of the details page.
Adjusted amounts, reasons and their corresponding descriptions, and any additional reviewer comments are also shown for adjustments made to individual line items on the invoice.
Vendor Email Notification
Clients have the option to notify vendors via email while approving an invoice with adjustments. If the notification is sent, the email displays general invoice information such as the approved amount, the invoice-level adjustment reason (if applicable), and any reviewer comments.
NOTE: It is up to the client to notify the vendor about approved invoices with adjustments and provide details as needed. For any questions about why an invoice was adjusted, contact your client directly.
