How it Works:
An easy view of the invoice adjustment reason helps you quickly spot when an invoice has been adjusted from the Invoice List page. The comment icon is a visual indicator that can be clicked to see the adjustment reason and any additional comments (if provided) without leaving the current page.
The redesigned Invoice Details page is better organized to quickly find the information you're looking for, such as the adjustment amounts in the top-right corner. If the invoice total was adjusted, you'll see the adjustment reason and any additional comments on the right side of the page.
For adjustments made to individual line items, you'll see the relevant adjustment amount, the reason and its description, and any additional reviewer comments.
You may also receive invoice adjustment email notifications to communicate why an approved invoice was adjusted and any additional comments.
NOTE: It is up to the reviewer in SimpleLegal to trigger the email notification. You can check the status of an invoice at any time from the invoices dashboard in CounselGO.
