For vendor firms needing access to CounselGO, we advise you to reach out to your point of contact at your client legal department.
Provide the client legal department with the first and last name and email address of the user requesting the CounselGO account.
NOTE: For firms already using CounselGO we recommend that this name and email be your existing CounselGO admin.
Each client can assign up to two (2) CounselGO admins for each vendor firm.
- From there, the CounselGO admins can create additional CounselGO users for their firm.
- The CounselGO admins can also deactivate users, set up contacts to receive the client's monthly request to submit the firm's unbilled activity (accruals), and re-send registration emails.
Once the CounselGO account has been established, your CounselGO prospect receives a registration email requesting him or her to create a password.
Vendors Already Established with CounselGO
If your firm is already a CounselGO user, then when the client adds you to CounselGO, the new client will appear on your CounselGO client list.
