New User Access
If your firm is already using CounselGO to invoice a specific client and you need general access, please contact your firm's CounselGO admin for account setup. For additional information on setting up your account, click here.
New Vendors
Firms who have never used CounselGO and need first-time access must contact their clients directly. The client can grant access by creating up to two CounselGO admins. The designated admin(s) will receive activation emails with links for account/password setup.
When at least one admin is set up, they can add other users from the firm who need to submit invoices and access matter information. For additional information on CounselGO user setup, click here.
The CounselGO admin(s) and any other users added to the environment will see the client's name listed on the default page as shown below:
Click on a client name to open that client's record in CounselGO, including the menu to access invoices, matters, budgets, and the user list.
Adding New Clients
If your firm is going to be working with an additional client via SimpleLegal, please contact that client directly so that they can add the firm as a vendor and add at least one CounselGO admin. Click here for additional information.
NOTE: If you do not have the name or email address of the client's point of contact, reach out to help@counselgo.com with the name of the client for assistance.
