New User Access
If your firm is already using CounselGO to invoice a specific client and you need general access, please contact your firm's CounselGO admin for account setup. For additional information on setting up your account, click here.
New Vendors
Vendor firms who have never used CounselGO and need first-time access must contact their clients directly. The client can grant access by creating up to two CounselGO admins. The designated user(s) will receive activation emails with links for account/password setup.

The CounselGO admin(s) and any other users added to the environment will see the client's name listed on the default page as shown below:
Click on a client name to open that client's record in CounselGO, including the menu to access invoices, matters, budgets, and the user list.
Adding New Clients
If your firm is already working with at least one SimpleLegal client, please contact the client directly so that they can add the firm as a vendor and create at least one CounselGO admin. Click here for additional information.
