SimpleLegal clients are prompted and encouraged to send an email to the firm with the reason for an invoice rejection. If provided, the invoice PDF may include additional details.
In addition, the PDF may include flags for individual line items as a point of reference.
Providing rejection details, however, is at the discretion of the client. If you need additional information about an invoice's rejection status, we recommended contacting the client directly.
NOTE: Before submitting invoices, it is important to verify that invoice amounts reflect any discounts and match across formats (e.g., PDF, LEDES, etc.).
