CounselGO can help check invoice statuses, however, CounselGO does not know or track why an invoice is set to a status, and particularly why an invoice was rejected.
If an invoice was rejected, CounselGO can see that the status of the invoice is rejected. CounselGO does not know why the client may have chosen to reject the invoice. In this case, please reach out to the client to provide more details.
SimpleLegal does both prompt the client and encourage them to send an email with the reason of rejection. Although most clients do send a rejection notice, this is not a requirement and is at the discretion of the client.
