SimpleLegal prompts the client and encourages them to send an email with the reason of rejection to the invoicer. Upon clicking Reject, SimpleLegal opens a pop-up window urging that the user notify your firm of the rejection.
The rejected invoice PDF may provide details, such as the reason for the rejection and even line item flags.
Beyond these comments CounselGO does not track why an invoice was set to a particular status.
Although most clients do send a rejection notice, this is not a requirement and is at the discretion of the client. To get details, please reach out to the client.
