Here is the CounselGO update you’ll see this week:
1. Invoice rejection reasons
When an invoice is rejected by a client user, the reasons and comments are now visible in CounselGO. From the list of submitted invoices, select the Reason icon to view the details to get an immediate explanation without having to separately contact your client.
CounselGO users can also select the invoice to view the same details.
