How it Works
Easy view of the invoice rejection reason to quickly understand what needs to be updated for approval (if a reason was provided by the SimpleLegal reviewer/approver. There is a new Reason column to display an icon if one or more rejection reasons are were given This icon can be clicked on for more details on the rejection reason(s) along with any additional information provided.
We've redesigned the CounselGO Invoice Details page so that information is better organized to quickly find the information you're looking for. New areas of the Invoice Details page include:
- A "Rejected On" date
- Easy to view rejection reason(s)
- An area to view any additional information provided by the SimpleLegal reviewer/approver
You may also receive invoice rejection email notifications that communicate the provided rejection reason(s) and any additional comments.
